VILDBLUME Return/Exchange Policy:

We happily offer returns for store credit or exchange for any good that is in pristine unused/unwashed condition. We do not offer refunds at this time. We accept returns for exchange or credit only on full/regular priced non-discounted goods that are in pristine unused condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and only for a period of 7 days after client receives the goods.

If you would like to exchange your unworn/unused/unwashed item for another item or for store credit within 7 days of receiving the item, please email us at returns@vildblume.com. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and tracking must be included.

If you received a damaged through the mail or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item at returns@vildblume.com.
